I'm taking a Milk Thistle blend but not sure how long to take it as the instructions don't cite duration. I'm thinking 10 days at the most---has anyone else done a liver cleanse?How Long Should a Liver Cleanse Last?
I've never done the milk thistle cleanse but I know there's an olive oil and lemon juice cleanse that you drink before going to bed and it's a one night thing though you can do it again in a few weeks.
Go ahead, do 10 days and if you're still feeling sluggish then do it again in 2 weeks.
