Liver Cleanse Question???? thanks.?

I am doing a liver cleanse w/ hot water and lemon. During this cleanse- I am not drinking any alcohol, no motrin, tylenol, etc...

My questions:

1. Is it okay that I only drink 3 cups of coffee throughout the day, will it interfer w/ the cleanse?

2. I've been getting pain/soreness in my lower back since I started the cleanse. Is that from the toxins in my body?

Thank you!Liver Cleanse Question???? thanks.?
For liver complaints, the juice of the lemon should be taken in a glass of hot water one hour before breakfast every morning.

The purpose of the lemon is to:

(a) provide a natural strengthening agent to the liver enzymes when they are too dilute.

(b) The liver can make more enzymes out of fresh lemon juice than any other food element.

(c) The lemon helps fix oxygen and calcium in the liver because it regulates blood carbohydrate levels which affect the blood oxygen levels.

To help your body get the energy from the food you are eating, drink lemon water regularly. Next to drinking plain purified water, drinking lemon water daily is the most important thing you can do for your health.

P.S.

Coffee has lot of toxins therefore is not that good, however coffee is and excellent chelator, it binds lot of copper, aluminum, and other metals, that is why whenever you drink coffee it assist you on going to the washroom as it removes the excess of copper (almonds and nut are rich on copper) and probably mercury you have in your blood and prevent your liver from produce enough bile that assist your bowels on get them going. Coffee in general is very bad for your health as it also dehydrates you as it is a diuretic.Liver Cleanse Question???? thanks.?
1. It is not okay to drink coffee during a cleanse if you want to reap the most benefits.

2. probably; hot water/lemon dissolves kidney stones also, fyi

3. I agree with old time about the other herbs being better for cleanse.

4. I think it's amusing that you use ';only 3 cups of coffee'; and ';same day'; in the same sentence. That's a lot of coffee girly.
I'm not sure I understand something you were saying..... are you using only hot water and lemon to cleanse your liver, or are you using a liver cleanse product in addition to hot water and lemon?

If you're just using the water and lemon, that won't hardly do anything to clean your liver (it's a very minor effect). You'd be better off taking something to help the liver on a higher level like Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Yellowdock, Burdock, Black Radish Root, N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC), Trimethylglycine (TMG), or Alpha Lipoic Acid. Any combination of those will help to clean and detoxify your liver much more efficiently and effectively than hot water and lemon.

As far as the coffee part, the research I'm doing right now says that coffee and caffeine might help liver health (??? Sounds weird to me, but a couple studies suggest it... even though that might change quickly).

The pain and soreness in your back is likely unrelated to the cleansing, although it may be from sleeping wrong, which could be caused by shifting at night from the detox making you uncomfortable.... possibly.
