If you do one of the more radical over night cleanses just be aware that the toxins will be released through your system really fast and all those toxins going through your intestines at once for me any way it felt like flue symptoms.
But by the middle of the next day I hadn't felt that good in years.
As a precaution I made sure somebody close knew what I was up to and I don't think any lasting harm is likely to come from it but I think that is a good precaution.

Most of the ';cleansing'; is really useless and harmless. Feel free to waste your money on it.
I am not aware of any problems, but you might want to consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to start a cleansing. The best way to do a complete body cleanse is to do an intestinal cleanse. The length of time probably the product that you are planning to use for the intestinal cleanse. The product that I use is called Oxy-Powder. The product is am oxygen based colon cleanser. The company that manufactures the product recommends that you start with a seven day cleanse prior to starting a liver/gallbladder cleanse. The next step is to the liver cleanse. They actually have a protocol for cleansing the entire body.
