I'm looking for a liver cleansing pill?

A specific one, but if you have a recommendation, I'll take that too.





It was a set of pills I used to take up in Denver, I bought them at King Soopers supermarkets. There were two bottles in one package, one was for fiber, the other was herbs for cleansing.





I used to love these pills, they'd give me some energy and they certainly kept everything in your intestines moving right along.





If you know what I was taking, let me know. If you have a recommendation for an alternative, that's good too.I'm looking for a liver cleansing pill?

Certainly milk thistle like others have said, it's a very powerful liver cleanser. Also consume more apples. It will keep you regular and the pectin is an excellent source of fiber. The apple pectin will bind with your bile produced by the liver and gall bladder which is associated with your liver. Bile is responsible for fat emulsification or breakdown and is secreted into your duodenum (part of small intestine) what is also significant is that the body will recycle bile unless it is secreted and taken out by fiber more specifically apple pectin. So it needs to replace the bile that is lost. Bile is made up of cholesterol, so it should lower those levels as well. ';an apple a day keeps the doctor away'; make it 3 or 4.....
