Would a liver cleanse as well as a colon cleanse take away any cravings for sugar?

I was wondering with any cleanse would it take away any cravings for junk food.

If so I was going to do one this weekend but I would like to know health perspectives of others!Would a liver cleanse as well as a colon cleanse take away any cravings for sugar?
There is no therapeutic effect to any colon cleanse or liver cleanse regimen. This is all a marketing ploy. I am a nurse and I work in the Gastroenterology Field. Any Gastro doctor will tell you it's a waste of time and money.Would a liver cleanse as well as a colon cleanse take away any cravings for sugar?
As someone who suffered from a plethora of health problems for over 10 years which medical doctors could not help me with, I can say that liver and colon cleansing is probably one of the most beneficial things that you do to take control of your health.

Experience has taught me that a toxic colon and liver can cause lack of energy, poor appetite, food allergies, weight problems, bad breath, weakened immune system and more. By detoxifying your liver you can help the body get rid of the built up toxins in your organs so it can start healing itself. You can read more about that here:

Also, if you're going to be doing a liver cleanse then you also want to consider a colon cleanse as well because you'll want to help your body get rid of the the extra toxins that your body will throw off during your liver cleans.

Colon cleansing helps to get rid of fecal matter that may have accumulated over years and year. No one can convince me that carrying around pounds of fecal matter can be good for health! And if it's not good for the body, then obviously, we need to do something on a regular basis to get rid of it.

Not only does accumulated fecal matter cause us to stay sick, it also encourages parasites and bacteria to grown and reproduce in our bodies - which could cause even more health problems. You can read about that here:

Congratulations to you for taking this step in gaining control over your health.
It will for a little while and when I say a little while I mean a little while. You will feel less bloated and less constipated.

It's up to you to maintain the results.

Be careful though after it's all done most people get a cold.
Yes, a good quality cleanse will reduce and most likely eliminate sugar cravings. I read another posting on here that states any gastro. doctor will tell you cleansing is bull -- but that is certainly not true. I personally use the Isagenix cleansing products, and I know they are endorsed heavily by gastroenterologists...

I have done the liver cleanse where you drink unpasteurized apple juice for a few days, followed by olive oil and lemon juice before bed on the third day. Is this what you plan on doing?

Let me make a suggestion...Cleansing is great, and vital to your health, but you need to do it correctly. The purpose of a cleanse is to detox your body AND give your body the nutrients it needs to regenerate clean, healthy cells. Most cleanses -- like the liver cleanse I mentioned -- do detox your body, but do nothing for restoring balance to your system. So, what you are left with is a clean liver, but your body has to create new cells out of whatever is left in your system -- which is usually mineral, protein and fat deficient (especially after a cleanse).

Instead, I would do a nutritional cleanse. These cleanses flush your entire system (colon included) of all the junk, while simultaneously flooding your cells with super nutrition. This way, when your body starts building new cells -- they are made out of the best ';parts'; available. Benefits of this type of cleanse are: eliminating unhealthy cravings, weight loss, better sleep, more energy, sharp intellect and clear skin.

Of course, I am biased, and completely endorse the Isagenix product line :) Here's a video that explains nutritional cleansing well -- it's only a few minutes long...

Here's a good place to buy it wholesale...
